This synopsis highlights the main findings from Investments in Building Citywide Out-of-School-Time Systems, which documents approaches six cities across the country have taken to build, finance and sustain effective citywide out-of-school-time (OST) systems. Developed by P/PV and The Finance Project, the synopsis provides detailed information about investments made in the four major strategies used to strengthen OST infrastructure: providing community leadership and vision; improving program quality; expanding access to and participation in quality programs; and financing and sustaining quality programs.
